Oreo Cookies & Cream Cake Pops

11. Roll the cake mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
12. Melt a small amount of white chocolate or candy melts and dip the tip of each lollipop stick into the melted chocolate.
13. Insert the stick into the center of each cake ball, then refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set.
Coat the Cake Pops:
14. Melt the remaining white chocolate or candy melts with the vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
15. Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate, covering it completely.
16. Allow excess coating to drip off, then sprinkle with additional crushed Oreo cookies if desired.
17. Place the coated cake pops upright in a styrofoam block or cake pop stand to dry.
