Crab Balls!! Yummo!!!
Prepare the Crab Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine the crabmeat, beaten egg, crushed Ritz crackers, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.
Form the Crab Balls:
2. Shape the crab mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
3. Roll each crab ball in the breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
Fry the Crab Balls:
4. In a large skillet, heat about 1 inch of oil over medium-high heat.
5. Fry the crab balls in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
