Cheesesteak Tortellini in Rich Provolone Sauce
Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef or steak with onion and bell pepper until meat is browned and vegetables are tender. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in beef broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
