Cinnamon Roll French Toast Roll-Ups

Prepare the Filling:
In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of softened butter, light brown sugar, and ground cinnamon until smooth and well combined.
Assemble the Roll-Ups:
2. Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice of bread until thin.
3. Spread a thin layer of the cinnamon sugar butter mixture onto each slice of bread.
4. Roll up the bread tightly, sealing the edges with a little more butter if needed.
