Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Prepare the Crust:
2. In a small bowl, combine the flour, butter, brown sugar, and 1 cup of finely chopped pecans. Use your hands to work the mixture into a crumble.
3. Press the crumble mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, forming an even layer.
4. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and allow the crust to cool.
