Ingredients:
2 lbs seasoned ground beef
1 cup diced onions
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
Large flour tortillas
Instructions:
Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the seasoned ground beef until fully cooked.
Add Onions: Stir in the diced onions and cook until they become soft and translucent.
Create the Sloppy Joe Mix: Add the tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce to the beef mixture. Simmer for a few minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
Assemble the Burritos: Lay out the flour tortillas and spoon a generous amount of the Sloppy Joe mixture into the center of each. Top with shredded cheese.
Grill the Burritos: Fold the tortillas into burritos, making sure to tuck in the sides. Grill them on a hot pan or grill until the tortillas are crispy and the cheese is melted.
