Praline Christmas Bark Delight
Prepare the Base: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Arrange the saltine crackers in a single layer, covering the entire baking sheet.
Make the Praline Sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and brown sugar together, stirring constantly. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 3-4 minutes until it thickens and becomes caramel-like.
Pour Over Crackers: Carefully pour the hot praline mixture over the saltine crackers, spreading it evenly to cover all the crackers.
Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 5 minutes, or until the praline mixture is bubbly.
Add the Chocolate: Remove the baking sheet from the oven and immediately sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top. Let them sit for a minute to melt, then spread the melted chocolate evenly over the praline layer.
Top with Pecans: Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the melted chocolate, pressing them in slightly. Add festive sprinkles if desired.
Chill and Break: Allow the Praline Christmas Bark to cool completely, then refrigerate it for at least 1 hour to set. Once set, break it into pieces and enjoy!
