Potsticker Stir Fry Recipe

1️⃣ Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. 🍳🫒
2️⃣ Add the frozen potstickers and cook until golden brown on one side, about 3-4 minutes. 🥟🔥
3️⃣ Pour in 1/4 cup of water, cover the pan, and steam the potstickers for another 5-6 minutes until fully cooked. 💧🥟
4️⃣ Remove the potstickers from the pan and set them aside. 🍲
5️⃣ In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. 🫒
6️⃣ Sauté the sliced onions, julienned carrots, and bell pepper until they start to soften, about 3 minutes. 🥕🌶️🧅
7️⃣ Add the shredded cabbage and minced garlic, cooking for another 2 minutes until fragrant. 🥬🧄
8️⃣ Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and honey (if using). 🌿🍯🍋
9️⃣ Toss the cooked potstickers back into the pan, mixing everything together until well-coated. 🥟🥢
