Potsticker Stir Fry Recipe
Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the frozen potstickers and cook until golden brown on one side, about 3-4 minutes.
Pour in 1/4 cup of water, cover the pan, and steam the potstickers for another 5-6 minutes until fully cooked.
Remove the potstickers from the pan and set them aside.
In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tbsp of vegetable oil.
Sauté the sliced onions, julienned carrots, and bell pepper until they start to soften, about 3 minutes.
Add the shredded cabbage and minced garlic, cooking for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and honey (if using).
Toss the cooked potstickers back into the pan, mixing everything together until well-coated.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and a sprinkle of chilli flakes if desired.
