Oatmeal Lace Cookies Elegance
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, sugar, and flour until well combined.
Stir in the rolled oats, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix well to combine.
Add the lightly beaten egg and stir until the mixture is evenly blended.
Drop teaspoon-sized amounts of the dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart to allow for spreading.
Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centres are set.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
