Moist Zucchini Banana Muffins Delight
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, grated zucchini, eggs, honey, milk, and melted butter until well combined.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring just until combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips or nuts if using.
Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
