Lemon Dijon Chicken Recipe
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish, pouring the marinade over the top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
