Instant Pot Hard-Boiled Eggs Recipe
Place the trivet or a steaming rack in the Instant Pot.
Pour in 1 cup of water.
Gently place the eggs on the trivet in a single layer.
Secure the lid and set the valve to the sealing position.
Select the Pressure Cook or Manual setting and set the timer for 5 minutes.
Once the cooking cycle is complete, allow the pressure to naturally release for 5 minutes.
Carefully quick-release any remaining pressure by turning the valve to the venting position.
Immediately transfer the eggs to an ice bath and let them cool for 5 minutes.
Peel and enjoy your perfectly hard-boiled eggs!
