Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet Delight
Cook the Potatoes: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and tender, about 10-15 minutes. Remove the potatoes from the skillet and set aside.
Cook the Steak: In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add the steak pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
Add the Garlic: Lower the heat to medium-low, add the minced garlic to the skillet, and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Combine and Serve: Return the cooked potatoes to the skillet with the steak and garlic. Toss everything together to combine and heat through. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
