Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms Delight
Prepare the Mushrooms: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Place the mushroom caps on a baking sheet, hollow side up.
Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, crumbled bacon (if using), chopped green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Stuff the Mushrooms: Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each mushroom cap, filling them generously.
Bake: Drizzle the stuffed mushrooms with melted butter and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is bubbly and slightly golden.
Serve: Remove from the oven and allow the mushrooms to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy these delicious, bite-sized appetizers!
