Chocolate Salted Caramel Tarts
Shape the dough into a disk, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat and Prepare Pans:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a tart pan.
Shape Tarts:
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the chilled dough to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut out circles of dough to fit your tart pans.
Gently press the dough circles into the tart pans. Place the shaped dough in the freezer for 15 minutes to chill.

Sprinkle flaky sea salt over the caramel-filled tarts.
Chill and Serve:
Refrigerate the tarts for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
