Chocolate Rice Krispie Balls
1. Grab a large bowl and combine your peanut butter, butter, vanilla, Rice Krispies, pecans, and coconut. Mix it all up until it's well combined. Pop it in the fridge to chill for about 30 minutes. This will make the mix easier to handle.
2. After it's chilled, it's time to create your balls! Use your hands to form the mixture into small, bite-sized balls and put them back into the fridge for another hour to firm up further.
3. While the balls are chilling, let's melt some chocolate! Using a double boiler, melt together your chocolate chips and sweet chocolate square. Stir until it's silky smooth.
4. Now comes the fun part - coating the balls in chocolate! One at a time, dip the balls into the melted chocolate. Use a fork to help you roll them around to get a nice even coating.
5. Arrange your chocolate-covered creations on a parchment paper-lined tray and pop them in the freezer to set. Once they're firm, they're ready to serve!
And voila! You've made some incredibly tasty Peanut Butter Balls. Enjoy and don't forget to share! Or not, we won't judge. Happy cooking, everyone!
