Chicken and Broccoli Lasagna Delight
Cook the Noodles: In a large pot, cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Chicken: In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Sauté the Veggies: In the same skillet, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant and the onion is translucent.
Add the Broccoli: Stir in the thawed broccoli and cook for a few more minutes until heated through.
Layer the Lasagna: In a baking dish, spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom. Place 3 lasagna noodles on top, followed by a layer of the chicken and broccoli mixture, then a layer of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Repeat the layers, ending with cheese on top.
Bake: Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
