Apple Cranberry Coleslaw
1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, sliced apples, dried cranberries, and sliced almonds.
2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until the dressing is smooth and well combined.
3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat all the ingredients evenly.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
