5 Cheese Krack n Cheese Recipe

1. Preheat your oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
2. In a large pot or dutch oven, cook your macaroni as per the package directions, adding 2 teaspoons of salt to the water. Afterward, drain and return to the warm pot.
3. Now, add butter to the warm macaroni and mix until it's all melted. Season with the remaining salt and pepper.
4. Next, add half of the cheddar cheese, mozzarella, provolone, gouda, and feta cheese. Mix it well.
5. Time to add your eggs and evaporated milk, and mix until it's fully incorporated.
6. Transfer this delightful mixture to a 9×13-inch (23 x 33 cm) baking dish and top it with the remaining cheddar cheese.
7. Finally, bake it in your preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, until the top has turned a nice golden brown.
