Wonderful Cake

Preparation of the dough:
In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and sugar until you get a foamy mixture.
Add the sifted flour, chopped hazelnuts and baking powder, mixing gently until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the mold previously lined with baking paper and greased with butter.
Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes, or until the cake is golden and cooked.
Once cooked, let it cool completely.
Preparation of the cream:
In a saucepan, mix the eggs with the salt, sugar, cornstarch and milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the cream thickens.
Add the butter and mix until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous cream.
Divide the cream into two equal parts.
Cake assembly:
Cut the cooled cake in half horizontally.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add it to one of the two parts of the cream along with the cocoa, chopped hazelnuts and vanilla sugar.
Whip the cream with the sugar until a firm consistency is obtained and add it to the other half of the cream along with the cream cheese.
Spread the chocolate cream on half of the cake and overlap the other half.
Cover the cake with the cream and cream cheese.
Decorate with white chocolate flakes.
Leave in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
