Maple Pecan Cheesecake Recipe

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
Prepare the Pecan Crust:
In a food processor, pulse pecan halves until finely ground.
Add sugar, salt, and melted butter, and pulse until combined.
Press the mixture evenly onto the bottom of the prepared springform pan. Set aside.
Make the Cheesecake Filling:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add maple syrup, sour cream, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Assemble the Cheesecake:
Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared pecan crust in the springform pan.
