Irresistible Pineapple Cookie Cups

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the flour and salt, mixing until a crumbly dough forms.
Press about 1 tablespoon of dough into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup.
Spoon a small amount of crushed pineapple into each cup, then top with a pineapple chunk.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the tin.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
