Cajun Fried Turkey Wings

1. In a large bowl, whisk together buttermilk and hot sauce. Add turkey wings to ensure they are fully submerged. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
2. In a large zip-lock bag, combine flour, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
3. Remove turkey wings from buttermilk mixture, allowing excess to drain. Place wings, a few at a time, into the bag of flour mixture. Seal the bag and shake to coat the wings evenly.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
5. Fry the turkey wings in batches until browned and cooked through, about 10 to 15 minutes per day. Make sure the interior temperature of the meat reaches 165°F (74°C). ).
6. Drain the paper towels and serve hot.
