Cabbage Stir Fry

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
Add the julienned carrot and sliced red bell pepper to the skillet, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
Add the thinly sliced cabbage to the skillet, and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the cabbage is tender but still crisp.
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ground black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Pour the sauce over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before
serving.
