Biscuits with strawberry jam

In a bowl, put the butter and sugar. Mix it well. Add oil and continue mixing. Add the egg, cornstarch and baking powder. We continue mixing, then gradually add flour until the dough becomes soft and does not stick to the hand.
We put a plastic bag, put the dough, add a plastic bag on top of it, roll the dough to a thickness of 1 cm, print it, and put it in the oven. It must be heated, and when it is done, we leave it to cool, then we stick one piece to another with strawberry jam and decorate it with powdered sugar.
