Amish Country Casserole

1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.
2. Cook the Noodles:
Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. Brown the Beef:
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.
4. Combine Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes with their juice, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
Add the cooked ground beef and onion mixture to the bowl and stir to combine.
5. Assemble the Casserole:
Add the cooked egg noodles to the mixture and gently stir until everything is well combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
6. Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden.
7. Serve:
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
Serve hot.
